Congrats! That's awesome. May I ask if there were points or other costs associated in that rate? We're supposed to talk to our NVR rep tomorrow about available rates and I'm curious about the details of all these deals.
Awesome! WJ...there were some origination points when we locked...so I think generally there are points for the super low rates.
Good Credit means no points I was able to get 3.375 with no cost
