My fiancé and I decided to go looking at homes a couple weeks ago. One Saturday in April we set out to see what was available in the area and this is our journey!
Our First Stop..
On the way out to look at Ryan Homes, we stopped at Twin Creeks. We did not plan on stopping at this community but I'm so glad we did! We originally wanted to take a look at the model home to get a better idea of the floor plan (The Milan) but ended up doing much more than that. We met with the Ryan Homes consultant to get more information about the different neighborhoods and floor plans in the area. She was such a sweet lady and was more than happy to help us! She gave us tons of information on all floor plans and communities. She was very helpful in helping us narrow down prices, plans, and communities that would be a good fit for us. She recommended heading to a neighborhood called The Heights to visit another model home, The Venice.
After receiving all the information, my fiancé and I took the short drive to Kelsey Glen to explore some more. We decided it was a little far out from the area we wanted to live so we didn't stay long. The model home in Kelsey Glen was too big for us so we didn't bother stopping in to take a look.
Next, we headed across town to look at The Venice model at The Heights. At this point, my fiancé and I were trying to decide between The Milan and The Venice. The Milan was the first model home we went to and is a couple hundred square feet larger than The Venice. Both floor plans are available on the Ryan Homes website if you want to take a look.
After visiting both models within our price range, we decided that we liked the Milan much more. We still had one more community to visit that offered The Milan floor plan so we headed on over. River Shoals is a gated community in a newly developing part of town. We loved the community so much that we decided to head back to Twin Creeks to get more information about The Milan as well as River Shoals.
